Winco Industries is currently running SolidWorks, enabling us to design 3D tooling to meet your design specifications. We can also do the following list below.
-Receive 2D drawing(s) and create 3D solid models.
-Maintain total weight of parts or assemblies.
-Existing surface models into working solid models.
-Simulate or animation.
-Create sheet metal & Piping Models.
-Create Photoworks & E-drawings.
-Create Macro using Microsoft Excel.
-Reverse engineering existing or competitor tooling and/or re-designing the tooling.
Manufacturing
Winco Industries strives for excellence in our manufacturing facilities. We are entering into our third consecutive year of maintaining 93+% of on time shipments.
We achieve this with a strict preventative maintenance schedule of an extensive inventory of high precision machines used in our manufacturing processes.
We monitor work queues on a daily basis and schedule as needed to achieve the best delivery dates for our customers.
We take scrap, rework, & warranties issues very serious in our endeavors to provide our customer
with the quickest deliveries, best quality, and most reasonable prices we can offer.
Service & Repair
Winco Industries retains the ability to repair many other manufacturers tools. We can repair all rotary fix pocket PCD, CBN and all padded Adjustable tooling regardless of the original manufacture.
We offer extensive alteration capabilities and regrinding of damaged HSK, CAT, & BT shanks.

Quality Inspection:
We are currently using Zoller Inspection Machines or OGP Optical Comparators to inspect our products.
