Information:
The customer was using a single blade tool that took hours to set up, sometimes taking all day just to get the required bore diameter which was very time consuming. Using WINCO's PCD four flute braze tool, the customer was able to eliminate the setup time and double the feeds and speeds, giving a better part per cycle time, cutting the total cost per part.
