Winco Industries has designed a high speed, high production face mill with customer productivity and reduction in down time in mind. We design through the tool coolant to the cutting edge, resulting in longer tool life, as this ensures the Win-Mil of not cutting the chips multiple times. Also by not utilizing a shower cap devise to direct coolant you can achieve fast & easy cartridge changes.
Winco Industries' newly designed Integral Shank High Speed Win-Mil standard cartridge- type PCD milling tools provide advanced material removal capabilities and optimize cutting performance. While providing a technological edge over conventional tooling products, Win-Mil high-speed milling cutters also share common cartridges which reduces multiple cartridge inventories. Win-Mil milling cutters are provided with the shank of your choice (HSK, CAT). Please specify when ordering.
