Information:
Prior cutting data: rough bore 1,800 rpm 15 ipm, finish bore 3,000 rpm 4 ipm
Winco tool cutting data: single pass 5,000 rpm 72 ipm
This tool, along with Tool #W15233 cut cycle time from 33 minutes 11 seconds to 25 minutes, 41 seconds. Also eliminated constant down time to adjust boring head to hold size. Customer is very impressed and happy with tool performance.
