W15529-8 Flute PCD Tipped Pressure Coolant Reamer
Information:
Customer needed to reduce cycle time in order to meet increased capacity requirements. This tool, in combination with WINCO tool #W14231, cut 10 sec/part out of the cycle. This equals approximately 15% reduction in cycle time and increased capacity of this cell by 4,370 parts per year. Down time was also greatly reduced by eliminating boring head adjustments and insert changes.
