W16047 - Diamond Tipped Reamer
Information:
This customer had difficulty with runout when changing tools. The set up people could spend hours tramming in the tool to achieve size. Winco provided a new HSK adaptor to accommodate the new integral HSK shank tool and now the customer not only gets a longer tool life but is able to change tools without tramming. This proved to be so successful that a sister plant that builds the V8 also is utilizing these tools.
