Information:
The prior tool life was 55 parts per tool. The customer did not have a number for set up time but since the WINCO holders come as one piece there is a substantial savings. The customer’s cost per day was cut in half by switching to WINCO tools. When the project started WINCO tripled tool life and reduced set up time.
