The customer was experiencing a finish problem during acceptance runs on the equipment, micro finishes were ranging from 40-50, and they were also concerned about the cost of the tool. The Winco tool consistently runs under a 20 micro, cycle time has been reduced by 1 to 2 seconds and reduced annual cost by approximately $17,000.
