W15392-4 Flute PCD Tipped Pressure Coolant Reamer
Information:
Customer originally was using a PCD Inserted Boring Bar and having trouble achieving finish and cycle time requirements. A 20 minute or longer set up time was a major problem as well. Customer currently running in seven Brother machines and due to WINCO tool success WINCO has been given an opportunity to replace most of the inserted tools as well as new applications.
